Can Sterling (brad@outsourceaccess.com) be granted read access to the Sales Team Report spreadsheet?
The Sales Team Report (10kHjCo5P-hzpamOVqiTU6ZW0Shsaiibqb7fe4TAhJFs) returned a 403 permission error. We need read access to pull in booked calls, show-up appointments, and handover data automatically instead of relying on the GChat text posts.
FMP Pipeline Amounts
Where do the individual FMP dollar amounts for Sales-sourced deals live?
The Expansion FMP amounts are clear ($4,100 Sperity Health, $1,718 Custard Insurance). But for the 4 Sales FMP deals (Bookkeeper360, conceptcsi, Capital Fund 1, 49th Estate Planning), we don't see the individual dollar amounts. Are those in the Sales Team Report or somewhere else?
FMP Pipeline Screenshots
Is the FMP Pipeline data (the screenshots you post after "FMP Pipeline:") tracked in a spreadsheet tab we can read?
Every daily report ends with "FMP Pipeline:" followed by screenshot images. These images can't be read programmatically. If this data lives in a spreadsheet tab (stages, amounts, expected close dates), we can pull it directly into the dashboard and eliminate the screenshot step entirely.
Cancellation Data
Where is the cancellation and churn data tracked?
The Growth Overview mentions "FMP Refunds (cancellation): (0)" and the terminology section defines cancellation notices vs. actual cancellations. Is there a dedicated tab or spreadsheet tracking cancellation notices, last payments, and actual churn? This is critical for net growth calculations.
Revenue Report
Can we get access to the 2025 Revenue Report mentioned in the Finance data source index?
The Finance index mentions a "2025 Revenue Report" with tab "2025 Revenues" tracking actual revenues and recurring revenue forecast, maintained by Quennie and Ivy. This would let us show actual revenue figures alongside the pipeline data. What's the spreadsheet ID?
Historical Trend Data
Would you like us to start tracking daily snapshots so we can show trend charts over time?
Right now each daily report overwrites the previous day's numbers. If we capture a daily snapshot (Growth/Decline, FMP count, Matching count, Pipeline value), we can add a trend chart showing momentum over the month and month-over-month comparisons. This would require either a new tracking tab or an automated daily capture.
Update Frequency
What time do you typically finish updating all source spreadsheets each day?
If we automate this dashboard to pull fresh data daily, we need to know the best time to refresh. Your GChat posts typically go out between 9-11 AM ET. Should the dashboard refresh at a specific time, or should it pull on-demand when accessed?
Carry Over Logic
How is the "Balance YTD" / carry-over calculated for expansion and referral targets?
The Account Management pipeline shows "Balance YTD" numbers that carry forward unfulfilled targets from prior months. Is this a simple running total of (target - actual) each month, or is there a more nuanced formula? Understanding this helps us automate the calculation correctly.
